Our Beginning as PRL

PRL was founded as Physicians Resources LTD in 1984 by Steve and Terry Cates in Nashua, New Hampshire. Initially, the company started out selling software that automated practice billing. Steve and Terry then expanded the company and began to focus on RevCycle management. Throughout the years, PRL grew quickly as the company adopted new technology and expanded its service offering. Thirty-four years later, PRL has over 100 employees and dozens of clients including physician practices, ambulatory care clinics, and specialists.
