Our Culture

To better everyday life for our People, our Customers, and our Community.

Innovation | Commitment | Integrity

We Live Our Values Every Day

We chase opportunities, learn, and grow together. Our employees are not all cut from the same cloth and that’s intentional. We believe in the power of good character, work ethic, and the ability to be open-minded. Together, we’re delivering impactful solutions that help improve healthcare for everyone. Our vision is to better everyday life for our people, our customers, and our community.

Donating over 5% of profits to local communities!

Our company and our employees regularly give back to the community through fundraisers, volunteering, and community service. We believe that everyone benefits from a strong community built around generosity and empathy. Our employees enjoy Paid Volunteer Time Off so they can have the flexibility to give back to causes that matter to them. PRL not only supports our communities with our time, but we commit over 5% of profits to local charities including Marguerite’s Place, United Way of Greater Nashua, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, and The Big Brother Big Sister Nashua Chapter.

Diversity Culture Council

To inspire, nurture, and sustain an inclusive culture at PRL

Our DCC strives to create and sustain an environment where every staff member can bring their whole selves to work, and in turn they will be appreciated and celebrated by every other person in our organization. We don’t just do this because it is the right thing to do; it’s also because by doing this, we achieve greater teamwork, job satisfaction, and employee retention, and we attract a more diverse talent pool to join our fantastic company!

Volunteer Committee

Working together within our communities to make a difference for in individuals and families.

The community needs us now more than ever, and that is why it is so important that PRL encourages us to volunteer. I am profoundly grateful for the opportunity to make a difference.

Chair of the Volunteer Committee

Health & Wellness

Advocate and educate others in maintining a healthful lifestyle to maximize work performance.

Now more than ever is a time to encourage people to get active and get together. Working remotely has brought a disconnect in many people’s lives, whether it be from family and friends or simply with getting up to stretch during the workday. This is why I find it so important to have this committee remind people to get up, stretch, share healthy lifestyle habits, and so much more!

Work From Home Culture

No one employee is the same. We want you to work where you want. We are incredibly proud of the work-from-home culture that we have built. What started as a response to the pandemic has become a part of our fabric.

PRL is very much a New Hampshire company. Still, we have employees all over the United States. They are parents, spouses, caregivers, and community members all with different needs. Embracing our differences is what makes our company strong. We’ve learned that it is less about where you work and more about what we are working towards.

No Matter Where You Are, Together We Are a Team

“We love what we do, and it shows in the strong relationships we have with our clients. Work fills a large part of everyone’s life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you love.

Melissa Hernandez

Revenue Cycle Client Liason

I was told anyone can find a job,  but all should find a workplace you feel excited to be a part of.  In my long career with multiple companies, this is the first company I genuinely feel that way.  We have an incredible culture that promotes ingenuity, inspires confidence, and cultivates teamwork.

Norm Bergeron

IT Manager

I have always had an interest in a lot of different things. Because of this, I struggled to think I would find a job that would hold my interest, challenge me, and have the team environment most of us strive for. A friend referred me to work with her at PRL, and I am so happy I did!
